PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THIS DECLARATION
The real property which is and shall be held, transferred, sold, conveyed, and occupied subject to this Declaration is located in Washington County, Oregon, and consists of all that Property described on the plats for King City I through King City XX, together with all annexations or additions thereto, and approved pursuant to Article XI, Section 1 of this Declaration.
