A meeting shall be held annually at the Association Property on a date and time specified by the Bylaws. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is for the Board to provide information to and receive recommendations from the Members. Special meetings of the Members may be called as provided in the Bylaws.
Section 2
Voting Requirements.
Any action of the Association which must have the approval of the Resident-members or the Owner-members shall be determined by the majority of those voting by written ballot, unless otherwise provided in the Association Documents.
